Tarot delves deep into what is going on around you, why, and the lessons you need to learn for this stage of your life. It will help you to make any difficult decisions, plan your months and so much more.

Personally I have found that regularly looking at what is going on in my life and business very beneficial with helping me to make decisions, let go of what isn’t serving me, what I need to focus on, who my soul client is, when it is a good time to implement new things, growth strategies and so much more.

By knowing what we can expect in the coming months we can plan, take action and let go of everything that isn’t serving us. We can make decisions on the information we have, we can avoid certain situations, prioritise what is important to us, get clear on our desires and wishes, focus on the right things, and so much more.

Are you ready to start your journey of transformation?

New Moon cleansing Ritual

luna-leo

The moon has a of lot of magical powers and influences us so strongly. The new moon is a great time to manifest all that we desire but if we are holding on to clutter in any of its manifestations we don’t have space in our lives, our minds or our physical environment to create or manifest our desires.

So today we are going to set the intention to clear out all that no longer serves us and to let it go knowing that the universe will support us.

When we look at all that doesn’t serve us we could be looking at situations, people, relationships, thought patterns, habits, physical clutter etc. These are the things that need to be cleared in order to create space for our desires.

The moon is a very powerful entity that brings out our shadow selves, that we often don’t recognise but it is there in our unconscious mind, steering us and guiding us. It helps us to be the best version of ourselves that we can be. We want and need to be conscious of what is happening for us, and around us.

This ritual is very simple

8aa08a95416699edc48466124edd0c22--small-fire-pit-outdoor-roomsCreate a sacred space for yourself – put on some nice music, turn off phones and disturbances, light some candles and have some crystals around you if you have some.

Journal on a piece of paper, not a notebook as we are going to burn the paper later.

Dear universe,

then pour out your heart, write down everything that is worrying you, blocking you, holding you back. Write down everything that you need to let go of, they could be people, situations, negative thought patterns, bad habits, procrastination, self-sabotage. fear, regret, guilt, anger, bitterness etc, etc. Be really honest with yourself this about letting go of everything that is holding you back. You don’t need to censor it, check your grammar or spelling.

When you have finished write – dear universe please take this from me in the most pleasant, easiest and fasted way possible.

burning-step2

This ritual is all about being able to let go and having the intention to let go, to be able to ask for help and assistance. To know that you are not alone.

Set the intention to let it go, that in this moment you are releasing it to the universe and you know that the universe will take care of it for you and it has been released.

It is now important that you follow the guidance that you receive. Some things may be taken from you instantly and others may need a little more commitment or work from you. If you are guided to get some help i.e a counselor, coach, mentor, healer etc follow that guidance and find someone that resonates with you and specialises in that particular field. Make that commitment to yourself.

Guidance can show up in so many different forms like repetitive numbers, coincidences, feathers, people, situations etc. Sometime messages may come through in the form of different people telling you the same thing or seeing or hearing the same thing over and over again. Ideas may just pop into your head that feels really positive. You may get messages in your dreams.

Be open to the guidance the universe sends you.

Make the time to schedule this in today or tomorrow, make the commitment to yourself to let go of everything that doesn’t serve you.

When you have finished you can burn the paper safely.

burning-step4

This ritual can be done at any time you feel you need to let go of things.

Blessings

How a Soul Client Reading can help you to understand who your soul clients are and you can call them into your services effortlessly.

Understanding who your soul clients really are is paramount to your business. Without a clear understanding of who they are, their pain points and what they are really wanting you are going to struggle to call them into your services. If like me you have done many client avatars and still not really understood who your soul client is, then read on.

I struggled for months with my client avatar answering questions like how many children does she have, where does she shop etc, etc. And these things just didn’t seem important to me. I wanted to understand her on a deeper level than that. I wanted to know her pain points, what kept her up at night, her fears, her wants, what motivates and drives her and I just wasn’t getting the answers I needed from the client avatar.

So I decided that I need to look at this with a different perspective. As an intuitive tarot reader, I decided to turn to my cards for answers, they had helped me in other aspects of my business, so why not tell me who I should be working with. I mapped out a series of questions that would give me the answers I sought.

9780738715650-5

Here are the results from my own reading:

She is a spiritual entrepreneur with her own spiritual gifts, she wants to share her own divine knowledge and gifts with the world to help others. She is likely a writer or teacher in some form. She is going through her own spiritual journey and enlightenment. Her gifts include intuition, understanding, knowledge and wisdom.

She wants to release all the burdens and limitations that are holding her back. Struggle, responsibility, doubt, worry and all that isn’t serving her. She wants to learn to delegate some of her responsibilities and enjoy a more balanced life and to work on what is important to her, giving her the freedom to enjoy life. Better efficiency is also important.

What makes her happy are balanced relationships and being able to balance her own emotions. She loves to be creative and work on new ideas and inspirations. She is starting to feel comfortable in her own skin, who she is, and is able to express her emotions. She is open to possibility and to show her talents to the world. Forgiveness, fulfillment and peace make her happy.

The lifestyle she wishes to create is one full of choices and possibilities. To be able to bring her dreams into reality, she has been dreaming of this for a long time. Alongside material gain, freedom, success and sharing her gifts to help others is just as important.

She is motivated by prioritising what is important to her and the possibilities that surround her. she is ready to give up the money struggles, to bring her dreams and passions into reality. Balance and harmony drive her to make the changes required. Being able to pay bills on time and have good money and time management.

Things that keep her up at night are her money mindset and being a little resistant to change. She is unhappy and unfulfilled in certain areas of her life. She is a little traditional so likes tried and tested approaches rather than new and can be overly cautious.

Her biggest fears are trusting herself and her intuition, she is afraid to tame the beast within. She struggles to control her impulses and quickly loses patience with herself.

She struggles with asking for help, finding her own solutions, her self-worth and her relationship with money.

She needs to let go of old cycles, habits, procrastination, self-sabotaging behavior, limiting beliefs and generally giving herself a hard time. She feels as if she is not achieving anything or completing anything.

She is looking for accomplishment, an end to obstacles and struggles. She wants to end the internal conflict, overcome the challenges and trust in herself and others.

Her past is currently standing in her way. Past experiences and emotions that she is holding on to and revisiting.

She is not always in the present moment and regularly revisits negative past experiences. She doesn’t always accept her present circumstances and hasn’t learned all the lessons from the past so will be experiencing some of the same scenarios. She doesn’t see the progress she has already made. She isn’t allowing her inner child to have fun, a need for more spontaneity, joy, playfulness, and creativity.

Her biggest pain points are Overwhelm, confusion, self-doubt, (lack of trust in herself and her abilities) Money struggles.

It is time for her to stand in her own feminity, be authentic and trust herself and the universe. It is also time to take action, make plans and put solid structures into place. To finish one task at a time, trust in oneself and move forward. She must strike while the iron is hot!

This has given me a clear understanding of who she is and how I can reach out and connect with her, and her pain points.

Tarot – What strategies can I use to aid Manifestation

Tarot is a tool for much more than prediction, it is a tool for self-discovery, our journey in the world, self-development, growth, and insight.

In this reading, I use the tarot to delve below the surface and shine a light into the energies that are around you right now, your vibration and what you are potentially holding on to, consciously or subconsciously.

We look at what you are attracting into your life, why and how you can change it. The Law of Attraction states ‘Like attracts like’. Without going into layers of detail, the Law of Attraction boils down to you get what you think about whether you want it or not.

The problem is, it’s not always easy to figure out what you are thinking about or how you are thinking (and feeling) about it. Here’s where the Tarot comes in. Because the Tarot uncannily and consistently picks up on the energies and vibrations surrounding the issue, circumstance or situation, it can be a highly valuable and an effective tool that can help you figure out what you are thinking and feeling, what you are in the process of attracting, and what strategies can you develop to get more of what you want and less of what you don’t want.

During the reading we ask the following questions:
What is the theme?
What is your mindset or expectation?
Aditional information or comments
Answer, solution, advice
Outcome

The manifestation spread will give you detail information on what you can do to start manifesting your dreams and desires.

The importance of self-care over the holiday season

With Christmas just around the corner, it is more important than ever that we look after ourselves and our wellbeing.

Christmas, for some, can be a time of immense stress and worry, so looking after ourselves at this time is great way to cope with the stresses of the holiday season.

Christmas is for giving.  This year, let go of the need to please everyone else and give to yourself first in order to be emotionally, physically and spiritually energised to enjoy the season and to be able to give to others freely.

With so much going on, it can be tough to maintain the self-care routines that keep us grounded. Good rest, healthy eating, and exercise can fall by the wayside as we celebrate with late nights and rich food.

Pic-Holiday-Self-Care

What is self-care?

Self-care is the time we give to ourselves each day to look after our mind, body and spirit

Why is self-care important?

It is important to look after ourselves to maintain our well-being, our physical appearance, our health, to nourish our souls and our bodies to ensure we are performing at our optimum at all times. Self-care is important to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself, sometimes called self-love, and others. It produces positive feelings, which improves confidence and self-esteem.

During our self-care time, it is also important to add 30 – 60 minutes a day “me time” where you can switch off and do nothing, take yourself off for a nice walk, a long hot bath, a meditation or read a book. So be sure to schedule time in your diary for yourself over the holiday period. This will help you to feel relaxed, happy and positive in any situation.

Should you have a difficult relation that you have to spend time with over the holiday don’t focus on past experiences with them, otherwise, by the law of attraction you will bring all those feelings forwards and create more bad experiences. Instead imagine or visualise an easy time spent with them and remember their options and judgements are just that, they are theirs, not yours.

Here are some ideas that will help you to be supercharged and ready for the holiday season.

Inner Self-Care

  • Make a date with yourself. Spend an hour alone doing something that nourishes you (reading, your hobby, walking in nature, visiting a museum or gallery, etc.).
  • Praise yourself when you do something awesome.
  • Read books and watch movies you enjoy.
  • Paint or write something that lets out your creative energy.
  • Unplug.
  • Journal
  • Learn something new, research something you’re interested in.
  • Meditate.
  • Take a class for fun.
  • Take a quick nap. Only 10 to 20 minutes can reduce your sleep debt and leave you ready for action.
  • Learn mindfulness or connect with a spiritual practice that resonates with you.

Outer Self-Care

  • Eat something you enjoy.
  • Have a long bath or shower, sit around in your bathrobe, and read magazines.
  • Do one thing just because it makes you happy
  • Stretch. 5-10 minutes to get out the kinks helps your body and mind.
  • Run or walk for a few minutes. Or go up and down the stairs two at a time, get your heart rate up.
  • Give your body comfort. Pick something from your wardrobe that feels great next to your skin.
  • Use lotion or a product that makes you happy.
  • Spend time with real friends and other people who lift you up.
  • It’s not about how you should live your life but rather how you want to. Follow your intuition. Listen to yourself. Locate your purpose and passion.

This is your agenda and your holiday, enjoy it!

The importance of self discovery

When we journey inwards to discover who we really are, or our authentic self, we will have a better understanding of who we  are. Our values, our natural talents and abilities, our capabilities, our passions, what excites us, empowers us, inspires us and what we truly love.

As we discover who we really are we will:

Improve our relationships because we will care less about what other think of us, you won’t need other peoples approval as you will be more comfortable with yourself. This ultimately removes the wrong people in your life (the critical, negative energies) and draws the right individuals in – those who will love you for who you really are.

Find the right career. Self discovery forces you to look inward and find your natural talents. It will help you harness your unique capabilities – that unique gift you were born with. By acknowledging your mental and physical strengths, you can pursue a career that makes you happy, instead of one that makes you feel as though you are constantly swimming upstream.

Become physically healthier. There’s no question that self awareness makes you mentally healthier, but did you know that it can also impact your physical health? You begin to value yourself more, and a consequence, you eat better, you get out more, and you start to give your body what it truly needs.

Unfortunately, not knowing yourself well can result in a meaningless and unhappiness existence. You have no charge of who You really are. You allow your emotions and decisions to be externally dictated because you have no clear idea about what your inner values, core beliefs and goals are. Instead, you adopt the values, core beliefs and opinions of your friends, colleagues or parents, as your own. You have no clue about what your personal boundaries are.

Self discovery is not an a one-day or a one-week affair. In fact, it can take a lifetime of building a relationship with yourself.

Here are 5 ways you can discover your authentic self:

Identify your core values – ask yourself what your personal values are. Core values will be things like compassion, honesty, love, kindness, loyalty, etc. Clarifying your core values will give you an exact picture of who You are. imagine yourself in a couple of roles and ask yourself what your values are in each case: i.e. as a mother, wife, daughter and entrepreneur. It is important your actions are supported by your core values and fundamentals. If not, you will find yourself in self sabotage and you will find it incredibly difficult to reach your goals.

Who are you – what are your unique qualities? – Make a list of ALL the qualities that make you, you. Who are you? Try to get to around 50 qualities! Include so-called negative qualities. Afraid of heights? Self-judging? Find it difficult to meet new people? Include all of them. Include everything that pops into your head. Have curly hair? Write that down. Love dogs? Write it down. Like organising events or feeling safe? Write it down. When we have this big list of about 50 qualities we need to reduce this down to the most important qualities that are the essence of you, so you will be left with about 10% of your list.

What makes your heart sing? – It is important to look at all the things that bring joy in to our lives so that we can add more of this into our lives. We all live busy lives but allowing our busy lives to take over can have detrimental effects on our energy and our wellbeing. It is important that we make the time to fit the things that bring us joy into our schedule on a daily basis.

Thinking about these things makes you feel blissfully happy and feeling true joy – free and light of all cares and worries. You can’t help but smile and you feel relaxed and at peace with yourself and the world. What makes your heart sing?

Boost your Strengths – find out what your strengths are, Focusing on the things you are good at will build your self confidence. Finding a job/career/life journey that focuses on your strengths (example: if one of your strengths is analysing, become a strategy consultant.  If you enjoy and are good at painting, become a painter.) Improving on your strengths can take you a long way, so pick two or three things you are really good at and see how you can use them in your day to day life, (work, career, family, social etc)

Draw out your gremlins – let go of sabotaging behaviour break free of limiting beliefs and self-judgements. Self sabotaging thoughts and behaviours are perpetuated by an inner critic we all possess. We can identify the self sabotaging thoughts that we have internalised and consciously choose to change them. One way of looking at your Gremlin is to see it as a habitual way of thinking. When we fall victim to our Gremlin and listen to its negative talk, we often engage in self limiting or self sabotaging behaviours that can be destructive to the success of our own lives. Where do you self sabotage yourself, make a list so that you can start to make positive changes.

The Importance of Self Care

What is self-care?

The more time you spend on yourself the more energetic and efficient you will be.

Self-care is important for your family and friends too. They learn from you, so setting boundaries to take care of yourself shows them that they too need to put themselves first and not overextend or overwork. Unhealthy relationships come about when you don’t take time for your needs.

Be Kind to Yourself

As you go through the process of change, be kind to yourself.

Don’t be harsh or overly critical because change can be tough. You are challenging yourself. You’re digging around inside of you; altering how you live, think and fell and that takes courage and care.

Try to welcome change and relax into it. Nurture and love yourself. Be understanding with yourself.

Accept Yourself

Be proud of yourself and your hopes and the action steps you’re taking to be your SELF.

And, if you slip or stumble, get up and start again. Don’t give up or in. You’re a champion. Do your best. Give it all you’ve got.

The following ideas are self-care activities you can fit into a short amount of time.

Inner Self-Care

  • Make a date with yourself. Spend an hour alone doing something that nourishes you (reading, your hobby, walking in nature, visiting a museum or gallery, etc.).
  • Praise yourself when you do something awesome.

It’s not about how you should live your life but rather how you want to. Follow your intuition. Listen to yourself. Locate your purpose and passion.

This is your agenda. Your journey as you weigh in and take stock of your life. This is your time.

When you take your first steps to change, the things you want most will come closer to you naturally.

The Benefits of Journaling

Journaling has a multitude of benefits, from empowerment to growth. It’s a daily routine that could change your life, and all it takes is a pen and notebook.

Our daily lives are often packed with things we have to do — work, study, cleaning, family obligations and more. Journalling is about dedicating a few minutes each day to honour yourself, your thoughts and your feelings. It can help remind you who you are, what you want and whether you’re living your life as the kind of person you want to be. It’s also a great chance to practice a spot of gratitude and remind yourself how good your life really is, even when the little things sometimes get you down.

Journals have many purposes. They can be a healing tool or a way to capture your daily routines and the people you’ve encountered. It is a private activity that allows you to express your emotions and vent frustrations. If you are trying to make your way out of confusing life events or simply desire a more balanced life, allow yourself 20 minutes every morning to write out your feelings and intentions for the day. You may also want to keep a journal by your bedside to record your thoughts at the end of the day or any dreams you have.

The most important aspect of journalling is the emotional release—putting into words what’s in your heart. This could be secrets or issues you are reluctant to confront. Allow yourself to set down your thoughts without judging the grammar or quality of the content.

Writing and reviewing journal entries can help you gain perspective and wisdom. You can pour out on paper your self-doubts, pain, and anger, working through those feelings toward a more positive outlook. When you break through the cycle of negative self-talk and explore other approaches to life, personal growth will follow.

Add positivity to your journal by adding affirmations and your gratitude list. Add pictures and drawings, colour in words and paragraphs that are important to you. Make it as personal and as pretty as you want to.

Why it is important to let go of the past

It is so easy to allow unresolved past issues, hurt, pain and regrets to impact heavily on the present moment. Wishing we had done things differently, resenting relationships, people and events that have occurred in our lives can lead to wallowing in resentment and pain and keep us stuck in the past.

If only there was a way to turn back the clock and do things differently.

If we knew then what we know now, everything would work out perfectly.

We could have avoided the trauma, spared ourselves the tears and walked away pain-free to carry on and live a perfectly happy life.

Or so we tell ourselves.

Learning to live fully present can be one of the most difficult but fulfilling things to master. However, until we do this, all kinds of past issues will keep coming up and cloud our minds.

One of the main reasons we struggle to live in the present moment is that we carry huge amounts of baggage around from past experiences. Once we have been hurt, or something significant has happened, the emotion etches in our minds as a warning to prevent it from happening again in future experiences.

We can find ourselves going over, and over again, certain situations to find some way to make sense of everything, why it happened to us, what did we do to deserve it etc.

All we are really doing though, is overwhelming our minds with constant negativity and so it will be very difficult, if not impossible, to see things with clarity and put them in perspective.

One of the ways we can combat this is to focus on exactly what is going on in our lives right now, this moment.

Every day we remain trapped in the past, countless amazing opportunities pass us by. It’s important to clear everything that we no longer need, whether that is:

  • People
  • Emotions
  • Thoughts
  • Jobs
  • Situations
  • Relationships
  • Events

This will not only clear space in your life it will help to free you up emotionally and energetically allowing you to create change and manifest the things in life you desire.

We all go through hurt, anger, pain and destruction and it is there for a reason. It there to help us learn and grow. Each person that you meet, each situation in your life and each event is there to teach us something.

It is by looking at each of these things in turn, acknowledging them and the lesson they have brought us, forgiving them and letting them go that we can move forwards from our pasts. The past is the past for a reason. It is people, events or situations that no longer serve us, it is time to let them go so that we can make room in our lives for new people, opportunities, possibilities and events.

Trust me I have been through my own share of hurt, pain, disastrous relationships and more. I have use all the tools I use in my coaching session to get me where I am today. You can read My Story here.

Are you ready to leave the past behind you and create change?
